Bookreview :An Unmatched Couple's Misfit Relationship

This is not a love story, it a story of breakups.  Should I call it a Series of Unfortunate Events?
An Unmatched Couple's Misfit Relationship by Biswajit Misra made me surprised when the protagonist turned out to be a female. I admire the author's novel because being a male, he portrayed what a girl went through after every breakup with so much emotion.
Paayesha's  first love and heart break happened when she was in college. Abhishek was a good natured guy who loved Payeesha too, but being spineless, he couldn't tell his mom about his affair from different caste.  So he slowly started ignoring her and finally stopped  being in touch with Paayesha.
Once Payeesha came out from her depression , she slowly started moving ahead with her training and career and finally her parents made her marry  a guy who they "Thought" was suitable for her.
On the wedding night the guy Shishir came drunk! Followed with series of events, and learning her husband being impotent made Payeesha move out from her in-law's place and stay in a PG while doing her job. She visited them on weekends but later she went through mental torture.
In her office she found comfort from her friend  Rishav who was a cool breeze for her tired heart. But Rishav too played with her heart.
Every time Payeesha  tried to pick herself up, she was being pulled down by the men surrounding her.Who will come to her life after Rishav. What was the secret Rishav have been hiding from her. Will she choose Rishav or someone else?

My view:

The cover of the book didnt portray  breakup, It made me feel its another love story.
The plot is unique, fast pace but the title is extremely long. Somehow I felt it is  difficult to remember such long complicated title. The book had grammatical error which needs to be covered. Narration is simple and it will keep you on your feet till the end, to find out what will happen to Payeesha.
What Paayesha did was wrong. She rushed through the relationship without taking time to heal from her past. It is never a good idea to jump into a relationship , you should know if the guy is worth dating ,he will wait till you are ready and comfortable.

Short Stories Collections On Kindle

 Tea Travel and Thrill:

Tea Travel and Thrill by Jitendra Rathod.
A Collection of 6 short stories written in a simple english. A breezy read  I would say.
My most favourite stories were Patal Bhubaneswar and Close Shave.
The author goes for a vacation to the hills of Uttarakhand  with his family where he offer lift to a stranger which slowly turns worrisome when the author feels that the person is not mentaly stable.

The second story -Close Shave was about a trip to Corbett national park where the protogonist encounters a man eater tiger.
An ideal Sunday afternoon book for short read which kept me engage throughout.

Prelude:A collection of short stories  by Author SwarupTalukdar

As the title say"Prelude"The stories, will soon be transformed into a full  novel by the author. A bagful of unnatural events which each protagonist faces in their life.
The 5 stories include :
*Curse
*Who was he?
*Lost
*Gone girl
*The girl I never wished to love .
The second story " who was he?" reminds me of Chader Pahar as described by  the author and it's one of my favourite.A quick read, ideal when you are travelling.

A Bus ride and other stories by Biswajit Nath
The author in this book has written 3 short  stories , each of which contains simple messages which  people overlook most of the time.

The first story BOOKSTALL BY THE STATION is a story of a bookseller, whose business drastically failed , due to decreased demand of books and increased engagement in  various gadgets. Also people started buying books from eCommerce  platform more than from a real bookstore.
It is rightly said , and sad, that today's kids enjoy more playing video games rather than reading books. Even parents are least bothered about it.

The second story  A BUS RIDE:  The author talks about Being Modern vs Being Mature. A very modern individual might not be able to response to the environment  in an appropriate manner, while a mature person who might not be modern but can prove an excellent decision making  act.

The third Story ROMILA AND HER THREE SISTERS: Tactfully handle the importance of education  for every women.  Which is very much lacking  still now in India. It is  from them the country gets educated.Easy to read, grab your tea and enjoy  your sunday afternoon with this quick read.

The Dark Side of The Moon by Shubham Arora

The book contains 3 short stories, which are outstanding. The stories made me remember few incidents which actually took place in our country. Though it is not exact same like the story but dont we all hear  about mysterious death in the news?
The stories includes:
1.the last skype
2. In my head
3.The Rituals

The shorts will hook you up from the beginning to the end. For many it might be paranormal activity but for me it is Mental disorder like (Psychosis/Schizophrenia).The stories will make you think whether the character actually needed medical assistance or does death cleans up the evilness.
Beginners who are looking for chilling -straight to the point stories, no drags, go for ebook The Dark Side of the Moon.

Book Review |Beyond A Mysterious Journey by Madhuparna Suman

Beyond A Mysterious Journey

Author: Madhuparna Suman

The story as you all can guess is a journey ( a vacation )spent with full of odds happening.
Like any other  couple bored  with daily jobs and other chores Nandini and Neelkand decided to take off from their regular life and go for a vacation. After much thoughts and research they decided to  visit Georgia. Mesmerised by its beauty  it offered which includes, national park, castle , great cuisine,  they were overwhelmed. But the couple constantly  gets trapped into supernatural happening which they ignored until something happens to Nandini while they visit the abundant castle. How will this journey  change their upcoming life? Will Neelkand follow the  unnatural help he was getting from someone to save his wife?

My views:
The journey was beautifully described, especially Georgia and its surrounding places.
There were few parts which stretched unnecessarily.
The book had grammatical errors and therefore at times it was hard to understand  what was going on. A good editing can do magic.
My favourite part was the hiking to the national park and the mist mystery.
